This morning I began desk research on Birchwood Highland as a charitable company, looking into initially the ethos of the business I found that they base themselves around 3 key areas: Independence

Inclusion, Recovery

The idea that support is there for the individuals that require and need it, and that in time patients should have the right to and be physically and mentally able to lead fulfilling lives of their own, be it through paying their own bills, going to the supermarket or generally being able to take care of themselves. Birchwood Highland is there for these people before during and after their personal mental – ill health condition.
