It's done! Today I left Inverness after handing over my documentary film to Birchwood Highland. What a time I've had here! I Have really enjoyed working with such a fantastic charity that is making such a difference here in the Scottish highlands! Transitions and tribulations
With the Ballendrum festival finished. This week has been spent returning to the Birchwood highland film, and adding the finishing touches. Smoothing transitions, trimming the fat and colour correction are just a few of the many tweaks that have been needed to tend to.
One of the greatest challenges I have found during the editing stage is the ability to trim my film down to the critical 22 minutes (fixed by the brief for the film). Like I have said before the hardest part

Something a bit different
This week was another first for me! Had the fantastic opportunity to film a music festival. Has been a really fun week capturing the atmosphere and excitement inside one of Scotland's best music events; The Tartan Heart Ballendrum festival.
Spread over 4 days, the event played host to over 200 acts with headliners; Kiser Chiefs and The proclaimers taking centre stage as the main shows.
